I am based in the UK, Portsmouth! I’ve lived here my whole life and I love this little beach city!

Ofcourse!! I ship all over the world! Please bear in mind it can take up to 6 weeks depending where you’re from though.

UK shipping is all processed as first class, so this should be about one or two working days! International can be anywhere from a week to 6 weeks! More information on the shipping & fees page! 

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class if you’re from the UK or International Standard airmail if you’re from anywhere else.

At the moment, all small parcels and up are all tracked. This info is supplied on request

No problem! You can email me at emmadrewthings@gmail.com or fill out the form under the Contact Me! page. If you would like a refund, you will have 14 days and the full cost will be refunded once I’ve received the item back. You will need to cover refund postage yourself as unfortunately I cannot cover this. If your item is damaged or not as described I will need a photograph first and then I am happy to refund or replace. If you buy an item in the sale, I can only refund at sale price. 

If you think your order may be lost in the post, please wait up to 14 days once you've contacted me so I can file a case with Royal Mail to cover the cost of lost mail. Once this has payment has been recieved we can arrange a redelivery or refund.
